I’m Jason Vincent "Vinco", a passionate photographer and videographer originally from Sierra Leone, West Africa, and living in Montgomery Village, MD, currently studying Electric Media and Film at Towson University. My journey with the camera began just a year ago, but it was love at first click. Capturing moments and telling stories through visuals has quickly become my life’s passion. Whether it’s freezing a smile in time or creating a dynamic highlight reel, I bring creativity, dedication, and a fresh perspective to every project. I specialize in portraits, events, and creative short videos that reflect the unique personality of my clients. Booking Policy
StillsByVinco Booking Policies
At StillsByVinco, I aim to provide a smooth and professional experience for all clients. Please review the following booking policies to ensure transparency and mutual understanding:
1. Booking Deposit
- When scheduling your appointment, ensure your deposit is paid on the "Online Deposit Payment" page below for appointment security.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will not incur additional charges.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking date will be charged an additional $50 cancellation fee.
- If I must cancel for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded or credited toward a rescheduled session.
3. Events with Entry Fees
- If your event requires an entry fee, clients are responsible for covering my entry cost. This fee must be communicated and included at the time of booking.
4. Delivery Time
- Photos or videos will be delivered within 7 business days of the photoshoot/event. Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee.
5. Picture Rights
- I retain full ownership rights to all photos and videos created by StillsByVinco.
- Images or videos may be used for business promotion, portfolio building, or social media unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Late Policy
- Punctuality is important to ensure we maximize your session. A $15 late fee will be applied for every 15 minutes past the scheduled start time. If the client is more than 30 minutes late, the session may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.
